I have been with Brandon Tomes Subaru since October 2017 and have enjoyed every moment of it! In my time off I enjoy spending time with my wife even if it's just running errands with her. I love some good Barbeque with friends and my dog by my side. My favorite sport is soccer and I love to watch any game that I can. I have loved working for Subaru and Brandon Tomes Subaru and I plan to get an Outback wilderness next!

In general (industry wide), the car buying process sucks. That being said, in my experience, the people at Brandon Tomes Subaru are an exception, even if the process is flawed. Initially I had an appoi That being said, in my experience, the people at Brandon Tomes Subaru are an exception, even if the process is flawed. Initially I had an appointment with William, but he was still talking with some customers when we arrived, so Ozzy ended up helping us immediately. I appreciate the dedication to respecting our time. Ozzy was super helpful and friendly, made the whole process a breeze. We haggled a little around trade-in value and total price (included some accessories I wanted that were not included, like the tow package), and reached a reasonable agreement. From there, we went through the financing "ordeal" with Patrick and he made the process as painless as possible, given the industry. We had a bunch of accessories to add (tow package etc.), Ozzy took care of getting all that ordered with the service department and kept in touch with us along the way - once the parts arrived, he got us in a loaner while they were installed, and we got the car back with everything done as-agreed, no hassle! We really like this dealership - they do what they say they are going to do! More
