Bailey was great and for sure is 5 stars. Patrick (finance), I believe that is his name, leaves a lot to be desired. He first contact with me I took as arrogant and annoyed that I was trying Patrick (finance), I believe that is his name, leaves a lot to be desired. He first contact with me I took as arrogant and annoyed that I was trying to buy a car. He did mellow out throughout the transaction and gave me a couple of missed rebates, but he almost blew Baileys deal in the first 10 seconds of becoming involved. I would suggest if he is back off that he just stay in the back. More
