We checked in with our leadership and understand that our team was working to procure a loan car for you, but you left before our advisor had an opportunity to collect the appropriate information and documentation to process it. Your appointment today was for diagnostic to confirm the issue, so that we could get you in a loan car if the repair deemed it necessary. Our Service Director, Cody Griffin reached out two hours later to talk through the issues and work to assist, but you noted you had already done the repair elsewhere.
