The two gentlemen that helped me find my car were great! I didn’t feel pushed, they even advised me on what I needed to do to stay in my budget. My dad was my car man, he passed recently so this was my first experience without him. He would always advise me on what to do and how to do it, so this whole venture was difficult. He would not have liked how this finance officer was pushing me to add things on. He would have respected the two dealers who helped to the best of their ability and encouraged me to fight for what I wanted. I did end up going over my budget for monthly payments because I felt it would be safer to have the coverage that not, but I didn’t like how I felt judged for turning it down at first. Maybe give your young dealer and your bald bearded one a raise. They were so invested in my story that they didn’t even tell me their names, but I think the young one’s name was Hunter. I wish I knew. He helped me unload my old car and load the new one and he celebrated with me while I wanted to cry. They were great. More

They didn’t tell me anything about the denial, they stated I need to come back to do some more paperwork. I asked several times do I need to have someone follow me out there because I stay an hour and about 30 minutes away. I was ok with returning the car I just didn’t want to be stuck with no way home. Thankfully I followed my first mind and had someone to meet me there. More
