Well worth the 885 Mile Drive.. I found a used Mini Cooper at Branhaven Motors on Cars.com, The dealership was about 440 miles away . I emailed them to see if the Mini was still for sale, the next day I received a Call from Jamie in sales, she was very friendly and stated that the car was still available and Answered all my questions, I told her I was from Buffalo and was really interested but couldn't Get there to test drive it until Saturday. She suggested that I put a refundable deposit down Over the phone if I was that interested so they could hold the car for me. I agreed and did so. We made our trip to the dealership early Saturday morning. Upon arrival we spoke with John Sullo And Eric in sales as well, we were told that someone else had come in the dealership and wanted the Mini Cooper very badly during the week and was trying to make a deal on it. They told the Individual that we had placed a deposit on it before he saw it and have to honor us as having The first chance to buy the car..... What an honorable dealership, they could have easily have Sold the car out fro under us, but kept their word. We had a perfect experience with Brandon in The Finance department as well, definitely the easiest and best car buying experience I have Ever had. They even had our name on a sign when we walked into the Dealership congratulating us. They also printed out mapquest directions for us to get home a better way and directed us to an awesome pizzeria for lunch. All I can say is Top Notch.... Also I asked the dealership register the vehicle for us, we had the plates and registration in less than a week in the mail. Thank you again, Jamie, John, Eric, Brandon & Paula. More
I would not recommend this dealership I secured Capital One auto financing prior to seeking a vehicle to purchase. Capital One has a list of authorized dealers for purchases. Branhaven had the vehicle I was seeking to purchase. I looked at the sales team on their website and observed there was only one female sales person. I selected her. I emailed Branhaven via their website to schedule a test drive. By 930 a.m. the next day I had not received a call so I phoned the dealership to secure a time for the test drive with Laura. Approximately fifteen minutes Iater I received a call from a representative to schedule the test drive and I informed the female representative I had already scheduled a time through someone else. Shortly after that call Laura phoned me to ask if I could come in earlier than the time I requested because she had a friend she wanted to visit in the hospital. I agreed. I shortened my day (rearranged some meetings and work assignments) to facilitate getting there approximately 4 p.m. Laura was not familiar with the automobile I was interested in. The vehicle was not certified. Laura quoted me a price of $995 bumper to bumper warranty to certify it. I declined. The vehicle was a 2011 with an existing warranty remaining. So I had the check on my person ready to make the purchase when Brandon and Laura suggested I allow them to do a soft credit check "anyway". I declined. Brandon then made the inappropriate comment, "I don't care about your credit...I can probably get you a better deal." I declined. Brandon informed me he worked with Capital One all of the time. He ran some numbers and told me I had to pay $1217. According to Brandon, that amount was the loan-to-value amount I was required to pay. I was thrown for a loop because I was not informed of the specifics from Capital One, so I told Laura and Brandon I would get back to them once I spoke with a representative from Capital One. Brandon and Laura asked me to leave a deposit of $500 to "hold" the vehicle. I declined and said, "if you sell the vehicle then it was not for me." I left the dealership and was able to contact Capital One. The representative explained the process to my satisfaction. I phoned the dealership to leave Laura a message, but she was still there (630 p.m.); I guess she changed her mind about seeing her friend in the hospital (I originally scheduled the test drive for 6 p.m.). I told her I would bring the check on Thursday and asked for the amount again; Laura asked Brandon and this time the amount was $1222.71. The following day I go to the credit union to obtain the check, but in my haste I left the paper with the amount on my desk. I phoned Brandon from the credit union to obtain the amount for the check (my portion), Brandon says, "Just give me $831." Friday I bring the Capital One blank check and my $831 to Branhaven. Brandon says the bumper to bumper warranty to certify the SUV cost $1595 (not the $995 Laura told me for "bumper to bumper"). Brandon stated the warranty could be incorporated into the Capital One check. Long story short, Capital One rejected the check citing they would not authorize the inclusion of the warranty, also I learned my portion was $557, not $831. I attempted to contact Brandon via voice message at Branhaven about the rejected check due to the wrong amount he wrote on the check. Three days later I receive a call from him to come and sign the corrected check. He did not even acknowledge he had received my message until I asked him at the dealership. I informed him of the correct amount I was to pay and he replied, "So you want a refund?"- that was via telephone, but in person he said, "How about I give you $ 231?" I replied, "When I did the math I came up with a different number- $274". Brandon said, "So you want exact...okay $273.29, but the person who writes the checks has left for the day. I will mail it out to you tomorrow unless you want to come and pick it up?" I agreed the check would be mailed. Let's just say it has since been a week. I live in the next town and I still have not received my refund of $273.29. More

The truth is, my experience with Branhaven, and Ryan and Mike specifically, make me not want to go anywhere else for any of my future car sales experiences. I have already told my friends about them, and will certainly be recommended them to anyone looking. They are exactly what car salesmen should be: honest. More than that, they are caring and compassionate people, taking interest in who you are as a person, not just in how much money you are giving them and when! My entire sale was practically made over the phone. I called up, asked if they had a particular car with all it's bells and whistles, and Ryan quickly did a search. He told me it was my lucky day and that they had exactly what I was looking for. I live out of town, and wasn't able to come into the dealership until later in the week. I asked Ryan how I could ensure that nobody else would buy the car first. He had me put a security deposit in, and then he told me that it was actually still in transit. He then went back to his computer to find out when it would arrive, and he told me it would be there within the next two days. At that point, I was honestly thinking that it was all too good to be true, and I was sure that the car would never really show up, but that I would go to the dealership and they would try to sell me something I didn't want. Guess what?! Ryan called exactly when he said, the car did arrive, and he promptly sent me a credit application to fill out and scan back to him. By the time I arrived at the dealership, the car was practically mine to take home. A few hours later and I was on the road, literally. If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy experience, go to Branhaven. I expect that I will continue to be impressed by their professionalism and business. More

After visiting the dealership and working directly with John Minichino, it became very clear that I would be able to upgrade to a 2014 vehicle of my choice and keep the same monthly payment with no money out of my pocket. Jonathan was low-pressure and really cared to make sure we got the vehicle that we wanted. When we picked up our Jeep Grand Cherokee, Jonathan spent over an hour getting us acquainted with our new Jeep. He was both knowledgeable and helpful when answering our questions.
