Bought a bed extender for my Ridgeline. Parts were shipped loose and came dented and scratched up. No directions provided in box. Dealer emailed directions and offered to replace part. Problem is that without any packing material around the parts they will simply end up damaged again. Bolts to secure latches stripped with ease so buy your own bolts to secure. After I put it together the straps for snapping it down were both 1-1/2” too short and were worthless. I don’t know about selling cars, but as a parts dealer I’d recommend going somewhere else to get what you need. More

I Nearly Bought a New Accord over the Internet from one of her sales people But Had a Question on the Pricing of the car and she sent me the phone# of Tawana Bennett Her Manager and said for me to call her that she would be glad to answer my questions. I did call and she WOULD NOT OR COULD NOT answer them and Became Very rude Mouthed To My SHOCK. I asked her would she go down on the Price any as her Sales Person Had Said she would and was Very Sharply Told Not One RED CENT. I Told The Manager Tawana Bennett To have a blessed Day and hung up the phone. Thank the Lord I called Her or I would NOT HAVE KNOWN HOW THIS DEALER SHIP REALLY IS. I would say BEWARE OF THIS DEALER SHIP and Look else where. $1800 for two shocks I took a CRV in for service to check a squeak inside at the back of the car. They told me it was the shocks and recommended I replace both. I knew this was not likely; not to mention two shocks.....over $1800. Seriously? You've got to be kidding. Do I look this dumb ?? I found the squeak myself. It was in the hatchback door. I had a local body shop find the source. They tightened and also lubricated the rubber stop the hatchback door sets against and charged me nothing. Brannon wanted over $1800 for two shocks I didn't need. To be fair, Brannon Honda has always done very well before this. Its might be worth noting they sent a request to have my car appraised when I brought it in (for trade-in obviously). I still will use them for servicing my car; but I will have a cautious eye when I go in because of this last incident. More
