The service department couldn’t be more courteous or helpful. I’ve had my winter tires put on and calibrated, a rear bumper guard installed, and a 6000 mile check up, on two different visits and I could helpful. Brattleboro Subaru is an awesome dealership. This is my fourth car from Brattleboro Subaru. I tried going to another dealer for my last car, but ended up back at Brattleboro Subaru. Customer service is professional and everyone is very friendly from sales to mechanics and everyone in between. I’m so impressed with the follow up after I left with my car. I’ve even gotten emails thanking me for my business, asking if I have any questions, sending videos of how to set up various things on the car. I was even offered an in person orientation to help explain the vehicles features and how they work. I told my sister about it and her response was that her dealership didn’t do that. I couldn’t be happier with how I was treated during the car buying process and after! More
