Delays in finishing 90,000 mile service and related safety work. Took 2 days. Noticed transmission shifting problem and reported to service advisor. The service department couldn’t be more courteous or helpful. I’ve had my winter tires put on and calibrated, a rear bumper guard installed, and a 6000 mile check up, on two different visits and I could helpful. Customer service is professional and everyone is very friendly from sales to mechanics and everyone in between. I’m so impressed with the follow up after I left with my car. I’ve even gotten emails thanking me for my business, asking if I have any questions, sending videos of how to set up various things on the car. I was even offered an in person orientation to help explain the vehicles features and how they work. I told my sister about it and her response was that her dealership didn’t do that. I couldn’t be happier with how I was treated during the car buying process and after! More
