I have taken my car to get detailed at other places several times. I am a dog owner and long ago made the mistake of getting cloth seats instead of leather so my car seats just never look great. Mike Reyes, the assistant service manager did a good job of explaining the service and the costs so I knew what to expect and was a really nice person to work with. I picked up my car the next day, was charged less money than I was expecting and their detailing work was BY FAR the best my car has ever had. I could not get over how great it looked. We have gone to a few other service places over the years but as Ford owners, we are pretty sold on the ability of our local Ford dealer to do the best job on their own cars. Thanks everyone. More
