My friend bought her Ford from them and she tells me that she also has great experiences with them! I however go in for servicing my Ford Fiesta. They explain the problem, how it will be fixed and the time frame. They keep their word and deliver;provide an easy and stress free process. The entire staff is friendly. I got greeted by 6 people and asked if I was being helped! Chris Fanella, their service director is a genuinely kind, patient and caring person. I'm usually a difficult woman who panics and always worries her car will blow up, catch fire or die in the middle of an intersection ( cause I don't know anything really about cars ). Chris is always explaining and reassuring me that my fears are nowhere near reality. He's patient and understanding! For example, I was in there the other day and I asked Chris to take a test drive with me after the repairs (cause I'm a difficult person). He was so nice about it and he went with me even though it's not his job! During the drive he explained my car to me and gave me basic information no one else bothered to. I informed Paul that I don't have a lot of time with my busy schedule and I'd prefer to not 'play games' over the sales price. Paul quoted me a reasonable initial price on the exact car I wanted (which he had to get from a different dealership) and he went over the financing options. The next day my wife and I showed up to test drive a similar suv to the one I was looking to purchase. We were introduced to Steve Travnik, the GM, and a couple other employees. Everyone was very nice, not aggressive or pushy like I've experienced at other dealerships. A week later we purchased the car. This was the most stress free car purchase I've ever experienced. I test drove a few vehicles. I was given all possible rebates. Paul, the salesperson found all applicable rebates for me and presented the best deal for me. I also had A-Plan from Ford. From the first visit until the last moment of purchasing the car all of my questions were answered very patiently and I ask a lot. When I left the dealer I only had one question in my mind; what's holding me back from purchasing? I contacted a few other dealers afterward to learn that there is no negotiation over A-Plan discount. However, I felt more comfortable with Bredemann people. It is very obvious they want to build a long-term trust-based relationship with their customers. Here are 2 examples for that. First, after the first visit when I was just checking the vehicles, when Paul learned that I do not have a ride back, he drove me back to my place. Second, once I completed my purchase and was heading back in my new car, Paul said: "Just let me know whenever you have any question." More
