Excellent buying experience for a new Toyota RAV4 My wife and I were very pleased with our buying experience at Bredemann Toyota for a new RAV4. Charlie Schiller was our salesperson. He took us for My wife and I were very pleased with our buying experience at Bredemann Toyota for a new RAV4. Charlie Schiller was our salesperson. He took us for a test drive and explained a lot of the features on the RAV4. We then sat down and negotiated a price. His initial offer was more than we wanted to pay. We offered a lower price, Charlie went to the sales manager, and that lower price was approved! Charlie was very friendly and low key throughout the process, which we appreciated. The only issue was that we had to wait 1.5 hours to meet with the business manager to sign all the papers to finalize the transaction. But it was Black Friday, and a lot of people must have been buying cars, so we understood. More

NEW CAMRY Once we had decided on another Camry we went to Bredemann and delt with Nestor Ambrosio. I had two versions of Camry I wanted to see and Nestor let u Once we had decided on another Camry we went to Bredemann and delt with Nestor Ambrosio. I had two versions of Camry I wanted to see and Nestor let us take a longer test ride than their normal route. Once we decided on the version I gave Nestor a sheet with specific colors (inside and outside) and equipment that it needed to have. He did not have one exactly like that on the lot so he offered to try and find one for me. He did and we came back in a couple of days and took delivery. This was our first new car in 10 years so things had changed and Nestor took us to the car and explained all the new features that cars have now. All in all it was an excellent experience and Nestor was very patient with us. Thanks, Nestor! More
