This car purchasing process was very smooth. I would like to give high praise to my salesman, Dave Lurie. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and a helpful salesman, but also a true professional. His extensive knowledge and experience in auto sales was superior to other salesmen I have encountered at other local dealerships throughout my car buying years. His approach was quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him to buy. David was very informative and answered all of my questions and he was very fair. He was a trusted advisor and helped making my buying decision a positive experience. I drove off with a Toyota Camry and love it. Wish I would have found this dealership long ago! I've been to other dealerships where you feel like you need a shower after you leave! This dealership was NOTHING like that. There was no pressure at all from our salesman Dave Lurie. As soon as we sat down, it was like we were old friends. He made the experience a pleasant one indeed! Probably the best experience I've ever had at a dealership thus far! Everyone we dealt with was great! Very friendly and easy going. From the manager to the salesman to financing - so great! They were also very accommodating as well - stayed well past closing to make sure everything was taken care of and that we were happy. I couldn't be happier with the purchase and the entire experience overall. Will definitely go back if we are in need of another car. We've recommended Bredemann Toyota to everyone we've spoken to. Happy to do it! More

Great experience! My wife and I were looking to buy a new car. After researching various makes and models we decided that a Toyota Highlander would be right for us. We My wife and I were looking to buy a new car. After researching various makes and models we decided that a Toyota Highlander would be right for us. We searched various dealerships in 50 mile radius and located a Highlander that was a courtesy car and had 3,100 miles on it. Knowing it was used but certified we went a dealership (I won’t mention the name) to test drive it. The dealership was terrible and no one seemed to know what was going on. After the test drive we sat down to work out a deal, after getting the run around by 3 different salesmen and the used car manager, we walked out. Everyone we talked to gave us a different story and excuse.This is not how you should do business with people willing to spend their hard earned money on your product. After a few days of new searching we found Bredemann Toyota in Park Ridge Illinois. We found a Highlander that was very similar to what we were looking for. We took the ride to the dealership and were immediately greeted by the manager who was very nice and laid back. He steered us to Dave Lurie who was wonderful to work with. There was no pressure with Dave and he spent time researching different deals to see what would be he best deal for us. He never asked us the question “how much can you afford on a monthly payment”. Dave just crunched numbers and presented us with their best offer. It was a very laid back atmosphere with no pressure, Dave let the vehicle sell itself. Dave is very personable and a family man who understands what the customer wants and can afford. After agreeing on a deal we felt like we had known Dave for years. The bottom line is if you are interested in a car wether it be used or new give Bredemann Toyota and Dave Lurie the opportunity to put you in a new car. More
