We originally came in to purchase a used car and trade in our van. We drove several cars but could not find one within our price range. We could not justify paying so much for a used vehicle. We asked about our van. We drove several cars but could not find one within our price range. We could not justify paying so much for a used vehicle. We asked about new vehicles and the rebates that they were offering. We not only bought a brand new car, we saved over $4000 in rebates, fair trade-in value, plus they offered a military discount. We are very happy that we came to Breeden Dodge and the next time we are in the market to purchase, this is where we will go. More
Purchased my new 2011 Jeep Wrangler at Breeden, Ft Smith, AR, which was customized by the dealer with a lift and oversized/aftermarket wheels and tires. I took my new 2011 Jeep Wrangler (@ 15,000 miles) AR, which was customized by the dealer with a lift and oversized/aftermarket wheels and tires. I took my new 2011 Jeep Wrangler (@ 15,000 miles) for service at Breeden Jeep, in Ft Smith, AR. I had to tell the service department that the transmission fluid was burnt since they did not find and correct the problem proactively on their own during the standard 20+ point inspection that is supposedly done during each service. I had an additional 3 hour wait as they supposedly flushed the transmission and assured me that everything was corrected. After I told them about the burnt tranny fluid a few of the service employees were sure to point out to me that "putting those oversized tires on" can really cause problems with the transmission and of course I had to advise them multiple times that they (Breeden) had installed the aftermarket equipment. Took my Jeep back @ 20,000 since I was having transmission problems where it would not always shift properly from 1st to 2nd gear. I do not live in Ft Smith so I left my Jeep with them for a week to test drive and fix the problem. I had to call them after 4 days and service said there was no problems that they could find because the diagnostics didn't tell them there were any error codes and it worked fine when they drove it. Transmission problem not resolved. Took my Jeep (@ 24,000) to Lewis Jeep in Fayetteville, AR and explained the transmission problems and "service performed" at Breeden in Ft. Smith and left my Jeep at Lewis for the week to test drive and fix. They called my the 1st day the had it and Lewis Jeep resolved the problem. First off, when Lewis Jeep test drove my Jeep the transmission did not shift properly just as I described to the Lewis Jeep service department (same description of problem I provided Breeden as well) they then hooked up diagnostics and received an error code that apparently told them that the transmission fluid was 1/3 empty and not filled completely. Additional test drives performed by Lewis Jeep and my Jeep is now shifty correctly. Breeden Jeep in Ft. Smtih, AR is nowhere close to being capable of performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to correct a problem they created and they will never receive a reference from me for new customers. Lewis Jeep in Fayetteville, AR is the place to go for professional and knowledgeable warranty/repair work on your Jeep vehicle. More
