Very accommodating We got there and Cole told us to pull into the opening of the garage door. He then found our account and did the paperwork for our 25,000 warranty se We got there and Cole told us to pull into the opening of the garage door. He then found our account and did the paperwork for our 25,000 warranty service. He told us it would be an hour and a half. He set up a shuttle to take us to University Mall where we went shoppers and enjoyed a meal. Ned came within 5 minutes of the completion of our service at the dealerships and we were in our way. We had a GREAT experience. More
Super Fast Service!!! Yesterday I received a call from Brent Brown Toyota offering me a complimentary Service on my Prius. As unusual I had 10,000 things going on so I said Yesterday I received a call from Brent Brown Toyota offering me a complimentary Service on my Prius. As unusual I had 10,000 things going on so I said great but I can only make in if you have something before 5 PM. Sure enough they made the appointment for 4:45. I was out of the shop by 6 and everything was done at no charge. Great folks, great service. And at no cost additional costs to me. Thanks Brent Brown Toyota!!!! More

Efficient, proficient, & understanding To whom this may concern: Nate Casper in finance based on my experience can be narrowed down to three words. Efficient, proficient, & understanding....Efficient because he wasted very little time in getting back to me when i had questions & always answered my emails in a prompt manner. Nate made himself available through email, work phone, & cell phone. No easy task when you have a full plate of customers who are dealing with so many questions & due to me being out of state i had tons of questions for him. Which leads me to my next word proficient. Nate's ability to be efficient is mainly due to him being proficient. Knowing his position & displaying his competence helps him accomplish to close out a deal & give the customer the best options available. With me, Nate was able to present to me a low APR, crunch some numbers, make the out of state purchase as smooth as possible & explain to me certain offers available with regards to protecting the vehicle. Which also leads me to my third word which is understanding. Nate truly understands his work & the reason i can say why is because me being self employed & small business owner if i don't know my craft then i would not have any clients. I can't just "know" what i do, i have to "understand" what I do. And that's exactly what i felt from Nate. Anyone can "know" 1+1=2, but to "understand" how to apply it is the key. That can be also be said as a metaphor to life. In all, I'm very happy with the service he provided. I hope all his coworkers can read this review of him. Humble while staying hungry...
