I just bought my fourth car from Todd Robbinson. When I need another car, I'll still work with Todd. The first car and the fourth car have been a little complicated, but Todd seemed to thrive when I let hi need another car, I'll still work with Todd. The first time I met Todd, my Dad was working with Bob Sanders. He was going to sell me his Toyota Tacoma to me for the trade in value. Bob wisely recognized the complexity of such a deal and asked my Dad and I to work with Todd. Todd made it happen seamlessly. I then purchased a Toyota Camry from Todd as my needs grew. And my wife and I purchased a Honda Odessy with a slightly complicated trade in of her old car. Finally, I moved out of the State of Utah to Colorado. I visited Todd prior to moving and he mentioned that he does do our of state deals for customers too. When I needed another car, Todd was the man, once again. We looked at options that may work for us and Todd was excellent at listening to our needs, giving valid suggestions and helping my wife and I to get the perfect car for our needs. We now are grateful owners of a new Toyota Prius C. It fits our budget and needs with rising gas prices. He gave us a great discount as a repeat customer and then literally delivered our car right outside our home! WOW!!! Talk about service above and beyond expectations!!! Todd made it easy for me to focus on the things that were important to me and gave me room and time to sort through some of the harder decisions on my own...which I really appreciated. He went out of his way to find the exact configuration of features that I was looking for, even though they could only find it at a dealer that was over 200 miles away. In addition, I really appreciated the little things that they did to make my buying experience enjoyable...from topping off the gas, to giving the truck a final cleaning and detailing and even surprising me with some unexpected extras. It's also worth noting that Todd's service and attention did not end when I drove off the lot. I've been back a couple of times to tie up some loose ends he has continued to provide a great level of service and professionalism. More
