Following up on my previous review where they didn’t have the part for the recall that they contacted me about…the dealership called me the next week letting me know that the part was in. They also offered to pick up my car for me and leave me with a loaner for the day at no charge, which was very convenient. The job was done that day and I had my car back by the end of the day, so very happy with that. Still not 5 stars because I was still getting asked to leave a review about the first experience after I’d already left one. And this word counting odometer thing while I’m typing this review is really distracting. More
I’m sure you are great but I feel priced out and have gone to less prestigious shops because of budget. Paying 170. dollars for the initial assessment was my financial limit. I was not pleased with the service I received at the dealership. My daughter has been bringing her car there since it was new. She is a student at BYU. I asked for the service writer to call me prior to work being done. I was told by the receptionist that she would call me back as soon as she finished with a current customer. I waited an hour call back was told she would call me. Waited another hour no response. called again waited online for 15 minutes. Finally came on. I wanted to know what was done on the vehicle. She gave me a quick list but was very curt. I told her I would replace the cabin filter. "Too bad already done." What else brake fluid change. I asked about the calipers on the brakes. "Well is you will quit talking I will tell you!" Wiper blades were 50 or so dollars but you are running a special on them why was my daughter not told that Orem Toyota was running a special on them. You folks are taking advantage of a young woman charging full price for items you could easily give students or single people trying to make a living. I was not a happy person and I am not happy today. I have one more oil filter change bought through Toyota when I purchased the car. After that oil change you will NOT see my daughter's car back at your facility. I have told several people about my experience and will continue to do so. More
