They would not warranty damaged parts. They claimed they did not know about, and had not heard about the defective part even after they supposedly researched the issue. The service advisor was hurriedly making calls as i picked up the vehicle claiming to have spoke with his supervisor and manager. A 1 minute google search proved them wrong. This part is known to be defective and was warrantied by another dealer. I will not purchase a vehicle from Brent Brown Toyota. I will not use them for service in the future. I was advised to not use them for our fleet service and now I know why. They proved the reason for not using Brent Brown Service. We will travel the additional distance to use a different service department. More

Service is arduous and slow. I have a road hazard option. Got a flat tire that ruined the tire. It was covered under the service. But it took a week to get the tire in and h I have a road hazard option. Got a flat tire that ruined the tire. It was covered under the service. But it took a week to get the tire in and half a day to get it installed. Three trips to the dealership. I love the Toyota cars, but the service makes me want to use a different dealership. More

The service people I worked with were very good. However, I have problem with the cost of a replacement key for my 2008 RAV 4. The total cost was over $350. It cost $160 to program the key. No one has explained to me why it would take hours and cost so much to perform a programming task that has been done many, many times before. I can program a garage door remote in minutes. Granted that may be a simplier process, but still. More
