He walked the lot with me (made me laugh the whole time, which is rare at a car dealership), never acted annoyed because I kept switching what I thought I wanted. He endured the heat and thunderstorms and still made my visit FUN!! Yes at a car dealership!! Ed Kovatch is robably one of the nicest, most likeable and sincere people I have gotten to know and even with some bumps in the road he found every rebate Ford could give us. Scot Shandler was such a pleasure to work with and he the one you sign all the papers with!!
