Representative was very nice and friendly, but mechanic misinformed her of process and time needed causing an additional hour. Plus of delay. More importantly mechanic failed to complete work before return misinformed her of process and time needed causing an additional hour. Plus of delay. Representative was apologetic and though not her fault, it was an overall poor experience. More
