Replace coolant container The service center has good customer service and friendly employees. My visit this time was because the coolant was disappearing leaving the container The service center has good customer service and friendly employees. My visit this time was because the coolant was disappearing leaving the container empty. It was my second visit for the same issue. The fist time did not solve the problem. 4 months later was my second visit so I’m hoping this visit did resolve the problem. I’ve had several issues with my Buick Encore, the service center has resolved most. I think they do the best they can....but I believe the car is the problem! 5 year old car, 34,000 miles and I spend allot of time coming here to solve problem after problem. More

Slow but fair I had an 8am appt. I arrived 5 min. early as the 2nd customer. It wasn’t until after I complained (at approx. 10:15am) about others that arrived after I had an 8am appt. I arrived 5 min. early as the 2nd customer. It wasn’t until after I complained (at approx. 10:15am) about others that arrived after me, was serviced and gone, that things began to get moving with my vehicle. My vehicle was ready approx. 11:10am. It wasn’t washed due to the long wait, but the positive in the matter is the service was free because of the wait, but I didn’t get any paperwork to prove my maintenance service (so I hope it’s on record). The only reason I didn’t give them 3 stars or less is because they attempted to rectify the situation in the end. Good job. More
