Although, I have been using this dealership for years, I must say the service has somewhat declined in the past two years. My truck was damaged when it was taken in for service. Dealer claimed that it was not their fault and that the truck was damaged when they received it and even documented the damage although I was never Dealer claimed that it was not their fault and that the truck was damaged when they received it and even documented the damage although I was never told and found out a day later which leads me to believe that it happened under their possession.
