Misleading sales experience and broken promises — Do not recommend I visited this dealership on January 15, 2026 and purchased a 2016 Lexus IS200t. During the sale, I was assured by both the salesperson recommend I visited this dealership on January 15, 2026 and purchased a 2016 Lexus IS200t. During the sale, I was assured by both the salesperson and the financial manager that the car was in great condition and worth the price. However, the vehicle had visible interior rips, tears, scratches, and body parts that were not original — none of which were properly disclosed. At the time of signing, both the salesperson and financial manager verbally promised that the brakes and tires would be inspected and replaced if necessary. The salesperson also acknowledged an existing check engine light and promised it would be fixed as it was a simple issue. It wasn’t a simple issue and None of these promises were honored. Approximately one month after purchase, I brought the car in for the promised repairs. I was without transportation for an entire day only to be told I needed to pay out of pocket just for a diagnosis — directly contradicting what I was promised at signing. I was then referred to another contact at the dealership. I called that person’s office multiple times, left my name, phone number, and detailed messages, and never received a single callback. I am now left with a car that was priced as if it were in perfect condition, a persistent check engine light, screeching tires, and zero resolution after months of attempting to follow up. The sales person was amazing, he understood my situation and did his best to accommodate. Unfortunately the first day I was not able to initially get what I was hoping for.
