Lousy service quality! I went in for regular service. Oil change and tire rotation. The very next day I had a message on the dashboard about tire pressure being low. They h I went in for regular service. Oil change and tire rotation. The very next day I had a message on the dashboard about tire pressure being low. They had ONE JOB! And that was to ensure the tire pressure was correct! I immediately drove to a gas station nearby to check the tires and indeed they were at 29 PSI when the right pressure was 32 PSI. I had to schedule another appointment because the sensor kept indicating low pressure even after putting the right pressure in all 4 tires. When they were finished they gave me the car back no explanation and no paperwork whatsoever of what they did. I spoke to the manager who confirmed no paperwork had been completed. Perhaps indicating that when I went there the first time the service was done correctly and I had no need to return to fix their “professional service”. He simply said” I apologize and come to see me next time” WHAT NEXT TIME?!!!! after such a lousy experience I will NOT be back there! They even charge you 3% additional if you use a credit card. The nerve! My appointment was at 4:30p and since they close at 6p clearly they were rushing the work and didn’t even check the tire pressure. I wasted my money and my time twice there. No accountability and no professionalism, they will not have me back as a costumer ever again. More
