Where do I begin! !! I was looking for my first car to purchase this year during July and came to see a Honda Civic here at Brickell Honda. I was greeted by Jorge Villa !! I was looking for my first car to purchase this year during July and came to see a Honda Civic here at Brickell Honda. I was greeted by Jorge Villas and he helped me see the car and talked prices with me without having to haggle me for my social or pressure me to sign a paper! From the start his kindness made me feel safe with them and I trusted that they were truly trying to get me to buy a car I would love rather than sell me a car just to get a sale! I ended up not falling in love with the Civic but even then Jorge was still kind and told me no problem that if I wanted to see other vehicles, he’ll be here to help. I went along my journey of going to sooo many dealerships to see so many other cars and truth be told NOT ONE OTHER SALESMAN from another dealership made me feel like I could trust them! Not that it’s a big deal but I am just a 23 year old women and a lot of dealerships tried to haggle me for my social or get me to sign with them which was a nerve-wrecking experience for me and I felt completely scared of where I was going to get my first car. I thankfully came across a Honda CR-v, during the month of august, here at Brickell Honda and couldn’t have felt more happy to contact Jorge for the car! Upon arrival Jorge was on his way and Rafael Carrizales Yerena started helping me and was showing me the car as well as test drove it with me. Rafael and Jorge both took care of me and were both very concise, honest, and most importantly friendly from jump to finish! I couldn’t be more proud to say that this is my dealership where I bought my first car and it’s all thank to those two, Jorge Villas and Rafael Carrizales Yerena!! I love my car and I’m SUPER HAPPY with my purchase!!! I highly recommend coming at least to check out a car with both of them Jorge and Rafael! I guarantee you that it won’t be a waste of time!!
