We were not happy with the attention overall. The car was dirty when we saw it and after signing the paperwork, we waited for it to be cleaned. Two hours later we received it not well cleaned and The car was dirty when we saw it and after signing the paperwork, we waited for it to be cleaned. Two hours later we received it not well cleaned and with several scratches. After pointing them out, they made us come back the next day to pick it up. The next day it still had scratches so we were asked to come yet again, the next day. It was really an unpleasant experience. We were not happy at all. And if it wasn’t because we really needed the car and had no time to start all over, we would’ve undone the deal right there. More

I went to pick up my car and it wasn’t ready. They were looking for it and couldn’t find it. One of the employees forcefully spoke to me saying my car was lost and he started charging at me.
