I asked for three things to be done to my car. The representative told me they couldn’t do any of them. One of them was to replace a stolen emblem. He said they didn’t have it. It was only after I told him I had spoken with parts and they had the emblem in stock that he actually checked and had the shop put the emblem on. Very unhelpful. More

I spent $750 (60k mi svc and drive belt) and then received offers via text (addressed to someone else, rather than my name) and via phone from a used car salesperson. And after viewing the used belt, I am skeptical the belt needed replacement. I felt taken advantage of through this experience. More
