Vladimir was excellent and very efficient and advised when the car was ready for pickup. The only drawback is that Brickell Honda charges a transaction fee for credit card users. Car salesman was rude. Didn’t pay attention to us until w e mentioned we were preapproved. held us at the dealer for multiple hours. When asked if I could leave and finish the deal in the morning (it was 9pm) he threw a fit and told me a was acting up. I left and several days later made the deal with the financial manager who was helpful. Salesman was extremely rude. More
