Rosa was responsive and good at showing the car,m. Mario hung up on me. And Luis never called me back about getting an additional key fob for my one owner lease return CPO vehicle. Had an appointment but had to wait four hours. Car was not washed and was never in informed that the service had been completed. Please correct this problems immediately if you would like to keep your cli not washed and was never in informed that the service had been completed. My experience was so frustrated that the least you can do is to provide free oil changes for the rest of the lease and fix the tire sensors which are malfunctioning.. More
