UPDATE: The manager Carlos called me to apologize for the misunderstanding. He gave me a $129 credit towards my next service and well as getting my car detailed and next oil change for free. I still need to do my rear breaks so he may be literally saving my life. I’m glad to see that this dealership owns up to their mistakes and makes right by their customers. He’s turned me around and I will definitely be coming back! ———————————————- Original Review: I wanted an evaluation of ALL recommended services prior to having any work done to my car. Once i made my decision I was told that they had already completed $500 worth of work. They told me that I had verbally agreed. Since I selected not to have a written estimate I was stuck. The package I was charged with included an alignment check. On the additional recommended services not part of the package was a quote for an alignment. Turns out they said they checked my alignment and I did not need one. Make sure to get a written estimate, the $50 discount I got still put me over $300 more than what I needed to spend. More
