Yesterday, they tried to pull a "bait & switch" on me by claiming t Do not do business with this dealer! These guys are dishonest businessmen. Yesterday, they tried to pull a "bait & switch" on me by claiming they had the car I was interested in on their lot (the 2011 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite). Several times the salesman confirmed they indeed had this model (he even confirmed the colors.) He was awfully aggressive at scheduling me for a sales appointment. After their sister dealer across town had told me no dealers in the state would have this new model until at least early September and that Brickell Honda often lies to their prospective buyers to get them in the door, I called back and called the sales rep out on his blatant lie. He simply laughed at being caught. More
