I am confused as both representatives that assisted have text communication which offered you a loaner while we took care of your vehicle. At time of delivery you never mentioned about exchanging vehicles as we have many in stock of the same color and the scratches were very minor. We would have gladly exchanged your vehicle with another at that time as we have over 400 Accords in stock of all colors and definitely in good condition. We do have a kitten that at times visits our store and if that constitutes a cat problem, I again apologize to you. Call me so we can remedy your situation.

All lies. I specifically mentioned exchanging vehicles on the spot before committing to anything which is why I was offered to walk around your lot and they all had the same scratches (must be one busy kitten). So you did have another in stock and you just didn't want to swap it out? Absolutely disgusting deceptive behavior from a shady dealership. To be very clear here, I was specifically told there were no other 2018 accord sport black on black available for me to take when I purchased mine in December. L I A R S. Who is talking about a loaner vehicle? I specifically mentioned 2 scheduled appointments where I was to take the car to get issues resolved and I was lied to as well. Who is going to believe that everyone in your bodyshop was just fired suddenly? Tell the truth, you don't have time for someone you aren't going to make money off on a Saturday. So you'd rather give me a loaner to resolve it on a slower day. No, sorry, doesn't work that way. You are supposed to work around my schedule. It is the least you could do after the terribly poor service I have received. At this point, do you think I would trust leaving my car with you all for more than a day? Should a new key and some scratches warrant having to go through the hassle of taking a loaner? Of course not. In addition Mr. Barraza, it is wonderful you took the time to provide such a condescending response in writing, with clearly the only intention of deflecting responsibility. If you really had any intention of making right of the situation you would have picked up the phone and called me yourself to resolve this instead of having your minion that caused all of this to begin with (whom I have absolutely no interest in dealing with). Too late. As you must have seen in my conversations via text, I have been extremely polite, patient and understanding with the reps involved. But once you have been lied to one too many times, you are not willing to let it slide anymore. At this point I have involved Honda corporate, which would also explain the timing of your response. I will advise you the same that I have advised them. The only resolution I want at this point is for scratches and key to be taken care of at a dealership closer to where I now reside so I never have to step foot in your dealership again. If you/Honda corp are not able to accommodate, no sweat off my back. The reviews detailing my experience with you all will stay up and I will pay out of pocket and then seek reimbursement through small claims court.
