Ac filter was replaced along with other fluids, when I picked up the car, I opened the glove compartment and the entire compartment dropped to the floor, someone came to re install it. After I left not happy of course, since I experienced the mediocre workmanship done at this dealer (previous experience for door trim replacement, the rubber came coming off went several times but the issue wasn’t fixed, until this day the rubber is falling off almost completely) I get notification from Amex of the charge that was done by cashier (person not machine) and there is a $30 and some discrepancy, i called to ask and was told that there is a sticky note at the register that states the fee to use CC. Had I know of had I been advised, I would had paid debit. I figure is there is a person charging, she should have the gesture to inform this to the client and besides, the receipt showing the real charge is stapled to the back of the order (maybe hiding). The person that explained this to me told me he couldn’t find a manager speak to me at the time but that I should receive a phone call the next day. I have been waiting since Tuesday for that phone call. So I give you guys a -0 for labor and for customer service. I would never go back to you guys, I rather travel to braman honda instead. Pathetic. More
