I came in for an oil change because my service light came on. After the full inspection, my customer service representative, Julian, called me to tell me that my car needed more maintenance than I thought. H on. He explained what was needed and basically told me that I needed to get there’s repairs done otherwise it wouldn’t be safe for me to drive my vehicle. Plus he gave me a full breakdown of my costs.
