The man that assisted me was argumentative and rude when he was incorrect about my service. I had free oil changes, tire rotation, and filter change for 2 years. He tried to charge me and when I showed hi he was incorrect about my service. I had free oil changes, tire rotation, and filter change for 2 years. He tried to charge me and when I showed him the document from the dealership he told me it was just a paper from the sales person and didn't mean anything. He continued to argue about when I purchased my car until he finally realized he was wrong. He never apologized for his error or how he treated me. I even told him that this wasn't handled well and it didn't need to be this way. He just looked at me like he didn't care. It was interesting to see the large poster next to his desk about customer service since it was clearly missing. More
