They took my number, I refused initially because I don’t like to be spammed with calls, but they said they wouldn’t use it. Within 10 mins they called me, as I was standing right there... so this brings me back to the impersonal factor of my experience. The girl at the front desk didn’t even realize I was there... in the middle of purchasing my car. So while I’m happy with my purchase I will say the service could have been a little more genuine and less about productivity. Also, I arrived to view a car that was on their website, but after 20mins was told it wasn’t there. It worked out in the end, but I think that’s because I’m a laid back person. This could be somewhat annoying to others (the online inventory mistake/wait time issue). I will say the finance guy was awesome and super helpful. I believe his name was Jose. Very straight forward and personable. This is the first time I actually financed a vehicle, and he was super patient and willing to answer any question. We even had a question regarding my warranty a few days later and he was quick to respond. So 4 stars for the product, but a hard 3 stars for hospitality. Except for Jose, I’ll give him 4.5. More
