Purchase 2007 Chevy Avalanche I bought this vehicle on January 8th..it is now February 20th..and still I have no title, and the temporary registration expired on the 6th of Februar I bought this vehicle on January 8th..it is now February 20th..and still I have no title, and the temporary registration expired on the 6th of February!!!! I wouldn't buy a bicycle from them!!!! I keep calling, and all I get is that they are waiting for the title to be sent from their other location. They even sound like I am bothering them by calling. They even think that telling me that the clerk hasn't sent the title is a valid reason!!!!! Really.....I could go on, but I think I made my point!!!!! More

This is the second car I have If all the sales people at Bridge Auto are as helpful and personable as Carlo, there must be many satisfied customers. This is the second car I have bought from Carlo and he has been simply wonderful both times. His knowledge of the cars and his patience with wavering customers (like me) have been simply fabulous. But the best feature of his dealings with me has been his total honesty and care for my welfare and future satisfaction. But even if he had been a typical "used car salesman" I would still recommend this dealership. I did a lot of research before each of my purchases and Bridge Auto prices on80-90 percent of its cars were around 20% BELOW Kelly Blue Book "reasonable" dealer selling price on the same year/model/mileage car. So I could go there and just pick the car I like and be confident I was getting the best deal around. The other people there were friendly, personable and went above-and-beyond in providing a good buying experience. More
