Carlo was great. Only rated 4 instead of 5 because as soon as we left the dealer the check engine light came on again. We brought it to their attention last night and was assured it was just from the car sitting. I was extremely happy that Mel the GM "threw in" the warranty for us. Overall it was a good experience and we would buy from them again. My daughter has now had this car for 3 DAYS, not only did the engine light NOT go off like we were told but now the car is BROKEN DOWN with a DEAD FUEL PUMP. While Carlo was still considerate enough to send the mechanic over to our house they were not willing to do anything for the pump except charge us a lot more than I'm paying to have it fixed. When i declined that offer he said "ok than" and hung up. My main issue with this dealer is they knew this pump had a problem bc the regulator was switched in attempt to fix it. Now fixing it is left up to my 17 yr old daughter. Shame on you Bridge Auto! You lost customers and referrals from us. Also the warranty that Mel "threw in" after offering to sell it to us for $895, then "cut the price in half" before "throwing it in for free, was listed as a $261 deal on the warranty.
