When I found the car I wanted he was quite patient, going over all the Audi's features, letting me drive it, encouraging me with no pressure to buy. Financing was not bad either. Dave got me a great rate. I was mostly struck about how concerned everybody was that I was happy with the car and comfortable with its condition.
