A great place to shop. Make the stop. This was the best car-buying experience. Slightly outside Syracuse near Onieda Lake, it was easy to get-to and worth the extra drive if you're looking This was the best car-buying experience. Slightly outside Syracuse near Onieda Lake, it was easy to get-to and worth the extra drive if you're looking closer to home. They had the car i wanted priced in-market and when i showed-up to see it, well the salesperson had it waiting and it was nicer than it looked online. My sales guy Chip was mellow and straight forward. Everything they had on the lot cars, trucks, motorbikes and in the building this is including the floors, desks, asphalt and bathroom ...were all clean!!! They had a ton of Harley's and trucks too. When we sat down to hammer the numbers my guy only wanted to know what it was going to take to put me in the car i wanted. I told him and they made it happen with no hassle and let me tell you my employment and credit were not perfect. They beat their initial payment quote by alot. Three or four other sales guys chipped-in friendly comments and anecdotal conversations along the way. The finance person Andy got me a great rate/term without being pushy about extras and add-ons or nagging me about my credit. They gave me more than anybody else offered for my trade. I couldnt believe my good fortune. I think their moto is "clean cars cheap" but it should be "clean cars easy" or "the big easy" or something like that. They manage every detail of their operations well without being too showy. My car was immaculate when i picked her up and they even offered to put extra gas in my tank before i left the lot with it. Seriously? Wow. More
