Bridgewater Chevrolet has been the primary dealership servicing my vehicle for many years. Unfortunately, on Monday, September 21st, I was notified, with pictures, that my vehicle’s frame was severely ru servicing my vehicle for many years. Unfortunately, on Monday, September 21st, I was notified, with pictures, that my vehicle’s frame was severely rusted and could have snapped at any moment, potentially causing a terrible accident. My concern is the gross negligence in failing to identify this dangerous deterioration during the many oil changes, tire rotations, and repairs performed over the years. As a loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed that this issue was not discovered sooner. To make matters worse, I had to pay for an oil change and a diagnostic fee for a vehicle that now needs to be junked. After years of loyalty, it is unfortunate that my experience with this dealership has ended this way. If I could give zero stars, I would. More

Recently had my 2026 Suburban in for its first service, including a quite standard oil change. I just noticed that the oil life indicator says 12%. I now need to bring the vehicle back in (costing me both including a quite standard oil change. I just noticed that the oil life indicator says 12%. I now need to bring the vehicle back in (costing me both time and money) to confirm that the oil was actually changed. Unacceptable. More
