This was by far the worst car repair experience of my life! Not only was the staff rude and incompetent, they were sad excuses for mechanics. I had to bring my 1 year old car in MULTIPLE times for the sa life! Not only was the staff rude and incompetent, they were sad excuses for mechanics. I had to bring my 1 year old car in MULTIPLE times for the same problem...and they still weren't able fix it! I finally gave up and had to pay a REAL mechanic to fix it (even tho the car was still under warranty). I would never use this company again and I recommend anyone who values their time and money, not to either. More

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff was very friendly and quick to help. I was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted with no hassle. ROYAL CHEVROLET is a Family Owned Dealership in business for over 41 years and they treated me like their own family. I won't go anywhere else! Internet Dept was lightning fast kept in touch with me eve for over 41 years and they treated me like their own family. I won't go anywhere else! Internet Dept was lightning fast kept in touch with me every step of the way. They kept me informed on specials, coupons, events etc. Prices: reasonable Service: outstanding & quality Personnel: friendly and helpful Service Dept has convenient hours...open at 6am!! Can't beat that. Bravo! This is how customers should be treated. More
