I wound up having a minor issue with my truck and Jason Bernhardt My service guy was absolutely amazing I'm a A tech also in the automotive industry and I was extremely pleased with my experience and I am extremely picky when it comes to having to bring my car somewhere for service. I live 40 minutes away from the dealer and because of Jason I would definitely go back there for service

Took my truck in for the usual oil change and tire rotation… While starting the paperwork I talked to Bino my service writer…. Told him I’ve been smelling antifreeze and knew of a possible tsb on the radiator hose…. He said sure we’ll check it out…. 10 minutes later he said yup my guys pressure tested it and there’s a leak… We will replace the hose under warranty…. They replaced the hose… did the oil and filter…. And rotated my tires and I was outa there in less than 2 hours…. The service there has always been exemplary…. I will always continue to trust them with serviicing my truck…. Joanna the service receptionist was fantastic as well…. And my truck… which I took in dirty was washed and looked incredible when they bought it out…. You can ask for better service… I’m very happy with them and the services they provided…. I hope the management sees these reviews so they can pass along a job well done

dropped off my car for an oil change on Saturday morning, and was told that it would take about 2 hours to complete the service, i waited about 4 hours and nobody called me about my car. I called the dealership to find out about my car only to find out that the service department was already called and nobody called me. good thing i was able to come pick my car up and pay at the sales department. Very bad service, and very disappointing! Highly doubt I will come back.

i bought a 2005 nissan titan there last april.mike the salesman was very nice and met me at the door and was helpful. the owner remsen also spoke w me and was also nice and helpful. got a good trade in for my infiniti g35. 2 months later when i had an issue w the exhaust the owner gave me his cell number and split the repair cost w me. very easy no hassle buying experience. very down to earth staff w no pressure sales tactics and I still love the truck!
