He was knowledgeable about the car we were looking for and was patient with us and all of our questions. I would say our overall experience was a good one at BG. The only issue we ran in to was getting the actual registration for the car. That took a little longer than expected. There was also a hiccup with financing, where we were contacted approx. 2 weeks after we had already "purchased" the car - we were told we needed to sign off on the credit application and it needed to be submitted asap or else the loan would be in default. I guess we had assumed the evening we signed for the car etc.. that all of this paperwork had been completed (as we were not told otherwise) This would not stop me from referring friends to this dealership, again, we had a great experience. I just felt like the communication regarding the registration and financing could have been a bit better. More
