Everything went smoothly and there were no deceptions or the dreaded price haggling. He was very efficient and spent a great deal of time with me getting all the electronics set up in my new car. Four weeks later my car was beyond repair as I was hit from behind and considered total. Again, Lauren, Assistant Sales mgr and Jeffrey went to work and found me the exact make, model and color of the car I purchased before. It was painless to go in, exchange the contract for a new car and drive away in my new car within a couple days. Everyone in the sales department exceeded my expectations and were delightful to work with. By the way, I traded in my 2009 Honda for this new one and had worked with the people in the service department. There too, I have never been disappointed with the sales and service departments in this dealership. More
