Poor customer service I bought my slightly used CR-V from Brilliance. First the air conditioning did not work and then the splash shield fell off on I 55. The service manager at Brilliance blamed the Schaumburg dealership (who repaired the air conditioning). I found him unwilling to listen to anything I said and pointing the blame finger at the other dealership. No compensation or help was offered. Not good! I also had problems reaching the sales man who sold me the car. I left 3-4 messages and no return call. Then I found out he’d been out ill...but I was told he was coming in later that day or the next. I will not be returning to Brilliance! More

When I came in to purchase, Don was with a customer so Don transferred me to Jim Infusino, who was also busy. Finally got transferred to a third person (can't remember name) to go through the paperwork for the purchase. All were fine do work with. When I got the car noticed a few nicks/scratches that should have been buffed out. Since it was a Saturday afternoon, service was not available so Jim told me to come in a different time to see if they could be fixed. I know the car is used but feel those nicks should have been taken care of prior to sale. Minor issue, but still an issue since Brilliance is not close to where I live. The only other issue is that nobody spent any time with me going over some of the car's features. There is a lot of technology in the car, and since my last car was 12 years old, it is very new to me. 15 minutes going over some of the basics would have been helpful. More
