Warren treated like long-time friends the moment we came to buy our first car and we have kept coming back to deal with him. This time, we also worked with a gentleman named Jeremy who was extremely pleasant and helpful and made sure we didn't drive off the lot until we were very comfortable knowing the new features of our vehicles. Great Dealership. Great Customer Service. I generally lowth car shopping...but I have endes up purchasing 2 new Hondas from Brillance Honda in the last 17 months. Both times I have been extrem I generally lowth car shopping...but I have endes up purchasing 2 new Hondas from Brillance Honda in the last 17 months. Both times I have been extremely impressed with the sales staff, finance staff, and management to work with me. We currently own a 2006 Toyota Sienna and came to Brillance as a last stop before making another Toyota purchase, but each time got a better deal on a better product. I work in aircraft maintenance and have always worked on cars/motorcycles/boats...so I'm very cautious about who I allow to work on my vehicles. I have had maintenance work done at Brillance and have been impressed. The workmanship and value are both great and I trust this dealership. More
