We went in to look at the inventory of Highlanders not really anticipating purchasing a vehicle. Sean Vieira, the salesman went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. There was no pressure to purchase, he explained everything about the vehicle, the financing and then left for us alone so we could talk. He was able to secure the deal for us with his manager. I prequalified for a loan. Reached out to this facility to inquire about a vehicle listed online that I wanted to pursue. Three days later someone responded saying the vehicle Reached out to this facility to inquire about a vehicle listed online that I wanted to pursue. Three days later someone responded saying the vehicle was under contract. Maybe if you didn't wait three days I would have had a chance. Now I see the vehicle a week later still listed online. Its called bait and switch which is illegal in this state. I feel inclined to report this facility for practicing bait and switch. More
