As pleasant an experience as can be at a car dealership. We were greeted by a person who seemed to have some authority and after asking how he could help us, he put us in the hands of JR Rocha. Don’t trade in any cars here! I’ve bought 3 cars from Bristol over the years, mostly when when they were at the old location. Last month I purchased a truck and traded in 2014 Alti I’ve bought 3 cars from Bristol over the years, mostly when when they were at the old location. Last month I purchased a truck and traded in 2014 Altima SL.. they only wanted to give me $6700. I told them I couldn’t make that deal and I just put brand new tires on it, but they claimed my car wasn’t worth more, they eventually went up to $8000 after 2 trips “to discuss with manager”..One of my friends inquired about my old car and Bristol is now selling the car for $12,900!! So much for valueing their repeat customers. Ripped me off! More
