The dealership team resolved an issue when the delivery date had to be rescheduled at the last minute due to an oversight in our status as new residents in Rhode Island. I would have been happier being notified of this change personally rather than a short email (not from David). When manager, Keith Lincoln realised my concerns he responded promptly and worked hard to resolve the issue, he and David demonstrated how much they cared that we enjoyed purchasing our vehicle. I will happily recommend this dealership and am impressed with my first Toyota vehicle. Lets hope it's the first of many more purchases. Steven. More
