I an familiar with your situation and want to respond publicly to your situation. It is unfortunate that the pre-owned Volvo that you purchased broke down shortly after you purchased it. We immediately offered to diagnose and repair the Volvo under warranty if the vehicle were returned to our dealership. Since you worked for a dealership group that included the Volvo franchise, you elected to have it repaired at your own company's dealership. Bristol Toyota mailed you a check for an amount that was substantially more than it would have cost to have it repaired at our facility. I apologize for the inconvenience of the breakdown and for what appears to have been a breakdown in communication.
